Seriously Though
Batman was the best movie I’ve seen in a while. Even when it felt long and drawn out, it was good… weird but true. I won’t say more ‘til next week — don’t wanna ruin it for anyone.
caffeinated: for reals. Batman ruled. I wasn’t sure it was going to live up to the hype - at first, I was mostly indiffierent about this one, but by the week before it opened I was pretty stoked - but it managed to meet my high expectations. And Omar is totally right about it being good even when it felt long and drawn out: there was at least one stretch where I thought, “oh, it’s probably over soon,” and when I realized I was wrong I was actually excited. It was a treat that it kept going.
